There is a train station in Nevers. We can pick you there and bring you to the field. There is also a bus line that goes near to the field (Line3).

Still discussing it, but we will try to not go over 50eur.

Meals:

The evening meal on Saturday will probably be a Chinese buffet.

There will be 5L water bottles on the field, please take your drinking bottle or eco-cups. We will try to generate as less plastic waste as possible.

We are currently looking for sponsors to help us.

We are planning to provide every participant with a stopwatch including lap and recall functions (could be really nice).
